SHIPPING INFORMATION

We do our best to get your order to you as soon as we can. You can typically expect your framed portrait to receive within 7-15 business days of placing your order.

Here are the steps and estimated timeframes from start to finish:

Artwork creation and preview: 1-3 days
Your revisions and approval: 1-2 days*
Printing and framing: 1-3 days
Delivery: 3-7 days

Standard Delivery comes with a tracking number. For express shipping, please select 'Express Shipping' option on checkout which will be calculated based on your order.

*If we do not receive any revisions or approval from you within 5 days of sending your preview, the artwork will be automatically approved and sent to print to avoid delays.

Delivery will be made by Australia Post, unless otherwise stated. You will receive tracking information once the package has left the fulfilment centre.
