Your portrait is based on the photo you email. It's important that the photo you provide allow us to create an amazing piece of artwork. Here are some tips and guidelines to follow:

1. Image quality. Make sure the photo is clear, well-lit and the subjects are in focus. 

2. Composition. The ideal photo to turn into an artwork will have the subject in full view and unobstructed. This includes making sure that any part of the subject(s) is not cropped off in the photo.

3. Bright colours. We've found that some of the most beautiful watercolour portraits we've produced contain bright, vibrant colours so feel free to choose colourful images. However, please ensure they have not had filters applied to them.
